Let your senior year be relaxed. Finish a good rough draft of your college application
in August at my camp, “Crafting Your Application,” and face the college application
process feeling on top of things and in-control. Learn how to put your best foot
forward, and how to avoid “red flags” that can ruin an otherwise stellar application.
"Crafting Your College Application"
At $595 for a week of guidance, my summer camp in August is the most cost effective
way to get help with your application. The objective of this "bootcamp" is to finish
your Common Application by the end of the week. I limit the camp to eight students,
and I guarantee to give you feedback on everything you write. There is homework.
We cover: The character traits colleges are most interested in; How to refine your
“message” about who you are; How to showcase your extra-curricular activities; Writing
essays that will intrigue the reader. Students sometimes follow up the camp with
individual sessions in the fall to work on specific college applications supplements.In
2013 classes will be offered: August 5-9, August 12-16, August 19-23 and August 26-30.
